Contacts, the people you are winning over

Last updated July 26, 2026

What Contacts is

Replying every day creates relationships, and relationships are easy to lose track of across two platforms and hundreds of conversations. Contacts is Pounce’s answer: an automatically maintained list of the people you are actually building something with, no manual data entry, ever.

Contacts is included on all paid plans and lives in the main navigation.

How someone becomes a contact

Pounce quietly keeps score of your interactions over the last 30 days: replies you send, follows, DMs, and, weighted even more heavily, what they do back, like replying to you or following you. When the back-and-forth with someone crosses a threshold, they appear in your Recent interactions list on their own.

One reply to a stranger will not create a contact. A conversation that keeps going will. That is the point: the list surfaces warm relationships, not everyone you have ever touched.

What you see

Open any contact for their profile and a timeline of every interaction between you, on both platforms, in one place. It is the fastest way to answer “wait, what did we talk about last week?” before you reply to someone again. The page also charts how your contact list has grown over the past month, which is a more honest measure of progress than follower count.

Keeping the list warm

Because the window is 30 days, the list naturally reflects who you are close with right now. If someone valuable is fading from it, that is your cue to jump back into their replies. Days you Pounce are days the list grows.
